Prospective Tenants

Our company manages many types of real estate, including apartments and homes, which can be found on our website at www.armstrong-property.com.

In addition, we offer free rental lists that may be picked up at our office located at 7046 W. Pershing in Visalia. There is an application fee of $30. Please contact us and we will be happy to answer your questions, coordinate the viewing of our properties, and assist you with the application process.

Current Tenants

If you are a current tenant of Armstrong Property Management, we encourage you to register for your Tenant Portal. After you have registered, you can login from any computer or mobile device with an internet connection and take care of most of your rental business online, including online rent payments and maintenance requests.
